She will also give you a copy of her "Helpful Hints" information which will help your Wedding day run smoothly - here are a few extra hints that may be helpful:

Helpful Hint No. 1:
To avoid guests arriving late for the ceremony, it is a good idea to put an earlier time on the invitations. For example, if the ceremony is due to start at 2.30pm, then put 2.15pm on the invitations.

Helpful Hint No. 2:
To calculate the appropriate time of day to have your ceremony, it is a good idea to find out what time the sun is going to set on your Wedding day (especially if you are having a winter Wedding or a Wedding which is not taking place in daylight-savings time), as well as the time that you want to arrive at your reception.

Keep in mind that once your ceremony has finished, you will spend some time being congratulated by your guests. This is usually followed by a big group shot (i.e. a photo which includes all your guests in the one shot), followed by some family group photos. This could take approximately 20 - 30 minutes, depending on the number of guests you have at your Wedding. You then need to consider how long travelling time is to your location/park shots, as well as the travelling time to your reception. It is good to have approximately one hour for your location shots, but this varies with every Wedding and can be whatever length of time you would like. You should also allow some extra time just in case things don't run exactly to plan.

Helpful Hint No. 3:
For summer Weddings, you might want to choose a hire car that has air conditioning.

Helpful Hint No. 4:
For summer Weddings, speak to your florist regarding which varieties of flowers can stand the heat and not wilt throughout the day. Some flowers such as tulips look beautiful at the beginning of the day, but look limp later on (especially the buttonhole flowers, which sometimes lose petals). Roses usually last well throughout the whole day.
