During cocktail receptions, Vicki is able to keep track of who has and hasn't been photographed. Couples and groups can be photographed in casual or formal poses, or in a candid way as they mingle and chat with others.

Vicki is always courteous towards the people she photographs, and is good at putting people at ease so that they look natural in their photos. Her technique also minimises people blinking in photographs.
